RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Its our endeavour to satisfy our customers with every product purchased from Shelltag. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with our Customer Care team for an appropriate resolution and we will accept returns within the said time as per Seller’s Terms and Condition. In case if there is no terms and conditions specified by the Seller, Shelltag’s term of easy return Policy applies. subject to the following conditions been met:

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the returns having met the following requirements:

     - We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.

     - There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.

     - All items must be unworn / unused.

     - All Items must be in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual and warranty

       card as applicable. Returns without these will not be accepted.

     - You must include the original sales receipt and courier receipt ( Return Label) given by Shelltag on Return Request.

     - For Return Request, you will be required to inform Shelltag Customer Care team by

     - Email – mail to care@shelltag.com

     - Login Panel – you can login to your account panel on Shelltag website and put a Return request.

     - Call - you can also call our Customer Care at 0124-4992809

Within 24 hours of receipt of damaged /defective / delivery not as per orderwith the reasons for return. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, Shelltag/ manufacturer/sellers shall not be held liable for the failure to replace/ refund the order. The return can be arranged to be picked up from your registered address within 07 (from the delivery date) days of receiving request.

Shelltag will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its logistics partner. In the event Shelltag is unable to do so, Shelltag will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. In such case, an amount of maximum Rs.100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs.

     - It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of

       products during transit. Please ensure to pack with the original packaging as received.

     - The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by Shelltag or its sellers in order to determine the

       legitimacy of the complaint/ return.

     - Any returns received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned

       to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

     - The following deductions will be made and adjusted from the refunds.

     * Return request made because of improper quality, wrong size or wrong order – no charges will be levied.

     * For any other returns, Shelltag will deduct 10% of the net order value.

     - Orders paid online (Net banking, Credit/ Debit card and Wallet) will be refunded back into the same account in 3-4 working days.

Shelltag would not take requests for return for more than one time for the same product, until its sellers or logistic partner have mishandled the product. Returns can be done only if customer agrees to pay the logistic and COD charges.

     - Customers will be informed on the status of the return within 48-72 working hours from the time of receiving the items.

     - In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Shelltag, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment made.

     - Orders paid online (Net banking, Credit/ Debit card and Wallet) will be refunded back into the same account in 1-2 working days.

     - For Cash on Delivery, payments will be made into the bank account of the customer and the account details need to be furnished for refund thru NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS/ Wallet. You will be requested to send us your following bank details to enable us to transfer your amounts.
